Learn To Make Bread - Beginner's Class

I would love to teach you how to make bread! 

Whether you’re a complete novice or have some baking experience, join me in my home kitchen in Epsom where we’ll get stuck into dough, share bread making stories and learn new skills.

Classes are a maximum of 4 people ages 16+ and all equipment, ingredients and recipes will be provided.  

Bring an apron and a big bag to take your bread home in - there will be ALOT!

Course is 3 hours long and refreshments are provided.

Course location:- Charlotte's House, Epsom (5 mins from town centre, parking available)

Recipes we might include are:- 

Organic White Loaf

Malted Grain Bread Rolls

Fougasse or Focaccia

Irish Soda Bread

Cinnamon Rolls

Fruit Buns

Charlotte is a self-taught bread enthusiast having baked bread for many years and now runs a successful bakery business from home. She has also received training under Sara Ward of Hen Corner, Bread Angels and Leiths.
