About the event
Learn to make authentic sourdough bagels in my home kitchen! We will follow the classic New York recipe, make the dough, how to shape by hand, then boil and bake them with a variety of toppings.
Classes are a maximum of 4 people ages 16+ and all equipment, ingredients and recipes will be provided.
Bring an apron and a big bag to take your bread home in - there will be ALOT!
Course is 3 hours long and refreshments are provided.
Course location:- Charlotte's House, Epsom (5 mins from town centre, parking available)

If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 1 week before the class date so I can offer you another date.
If you cancel within 1 week, unfortunately no refund/alternative class will be offered.

Charlotte is a self-taught bread enthusiast having baked bread for many years and now runs a successful bakery business from home. She has also received training under Sara Ward of Hen Corner, Bread Angels and Leiths.
