Brioche, Babka & Buns

This special course lets us delve into the wide range of enriched breads from around the world, incorporating eggs, milk, butter or oil into the dough. Then there are other inclusions for example honey, sugar or chocolate resulting in a sweet bread, or cheese, tomato, onions to make a savoury bread - there are endless variations. In this course we might make a Chocolate Babka followed by Classic Butter Brioche, Sun-dried Tomato & Feta Buns or Swedish Cinnamon & Cardamom Knots. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some baking experience, join me in my home kitchen in Epsom where we will have lots of fun and you will come away with new skills to practice time and time again at home.
