Gluten-Free Bread Workshop

I'm pleased to add this special baking class for those who would like to learn how to make their own bread but are intolerant to wheat or rye flours. You'll learn how to make your own Gluten-free Sandwich Loaf - this is a bestseller in my bakery because it has the appearance of real wheat bread, a soft crumb and it slices without crumbling, and most importantly makes great toast! We'll also make a flat bread like Gluten-free Focaccia, loaded with virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary and sea salt, and whilst these loaves are proving we'll make my popular Gluten-free Seeded Crackers - they taste like cheese but they don't have any in them!

Classes are small and we will have lots of fun, best of all you will come away with new skills to practice time and time again at home.
