Sourdough Bagels Workshop

Learn to make authentic sourdough bagels in my home kitchen! We will follow the classic New York recipe, make and shape the dough by hand, then boil and bake them with a variety of toppings.

Classes are a maximum of 4 people ages 16+ and all equipment, ingredients and recipe sheets, tea, coffee and homemade treats will be provided.  

Bring an apron and a big bag to take your bread home in - there will be ALOT!

Course is approx. 3 hours long.

Course location:- Charlotte's House, Epsom (5 mins from town centre, parking available)
