Sourdough Bagels Workshop

Learn to make authentic sourdough bagels in my home kitchen! We will follow the classic New York recipe, then roll and shape the dough by hand, boil and bake them with all the toppings of your choice. If you can't resist there is nothing like a biting into a warm bagel fresh from the oven! Then you will go home with extra dough which you have made from scratch to make more bagels at home the next day.

Classes are a maximum of 4 people ages 16+ and all equipment, ingredients and recipe sheets, tea, coffee and homemade treats will be provided.  

Bring an apron and a big bag to take your bread home in - there will be ALOT!

Course is approx. 3 hours long.

Course location:- Charlotte's House, Epsom (5 mins from town centre, parking available)
