Half-term Bread Baking Workshop

This fun holiday workshop is designed for children who enjoy cooking. We will be making our bread dough by hand and learning how to knead and shape our bread. First up is a loaf in a totally surprising colour! Whilst the dough is proving we will make some spooky bread ghosts and some witches' fingers

One parent must attend per child. Maximum of 6 children and their parent per class. Participants wil buy the ingredients from the shop then go through to the workshop behind. Course is 3 hours long and all recipes, tea, juice and snacks are provided.  When booking please give names of attendees, ages of minors and any allergies.  Suitable for ages 7-13 years old. 

Course location:-Honey & Bamboo Zero Waste Shop, 40 High St, Ewell, Epsom KT17 1RW, UK. Parking available behind Sainsbury's or Cheam Road.

Charlotte is a self-taught bread enthusiast having baked bread for many years and now runs a successful bakery business from home. She has also taught after school cookery classes for Grow Cook Enjoy. She received training under Sara Ward of Hen Corner, Bread Angels and Leiths. Honey & Bamboo is an ecofriendly zero waste shop with a wide range of dried food ingredients for bulk purchase and alternative plastic items and without plastic packaging.
