Nearly white sourdough loaf with a small percentage of wheat and rye and 7 kinds of organic seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed, brown linseed, black sesame, white sesame & chia. The seeds are toasted and soaked overnight before adding to the dough which really brings out their flavour as well as their digestibility. It's quite a dense moist loaf and heavy on the seeds, but really nutty!
