Phew that's a mouthful! And believe me, so are these cookies. Made with dark chocolate drops, the best quality chocolate available. The brown butter makes them taste of butterscotch, the sourdough gives the right amount of 'tang'; and the seasalt enhance all the flavours. Put them together and they just work amazingly! Yum-o!
