Classy, delicious, rich and decadent, this recipe is from my previous training at Leiths. Slice of chocolate pastry tart shell with a rich dense chocolate filling, baked in the oven and dusted with cocoa. Keeps well in the fridge for a few days, if you can leave it that long...
