Limited number of traditional celebration Christmas cake, packed with organic mixed fruit, organic dried cherries, homemade citrus peel, organic almonds and Christmas spices then heavily fortified with brandy for 4 weeks so it is perfectly matured by Christmas. The cake is then decorated with a homemade marzipan layer then finished with lots of snowy royal icing, marzipan poinsettia flowers and silver balls and tied with red ribbon.

Option without marzipan or icing is available for those who would prefer to do their own decoration or just prefer a plain fruit cake (as shown). Will keep well in an airtight container upto and beyond Easter. Measures 8 inches (21cm) diameter round and comes on a silver board and boxed.
