Large authentic soft German pretzel (Brezeln) made with organic wheat flour and dipped in a food grade lye solution before baking for that rich brown colour and distinctive soft chewy texture. Each pretzel is also sprinkled with rock salt. Enjoy on their own, with cream cheese or dips.
