A special sourdough from the Galicia region of Spain which is recognisable by a distinct knot on the top of the loaf. It is made with a super blend of organic strong white, wholegrain wheat and rye flour. This is a larger loaf which might last you the week and the flavour matures as you wait. Delicious!
