Made the traditional New York way with an overnight prove, each bagel is hand rolled, boiled and baked in the classic flavours.
 
Mix and match when you order, or stick to your absolute favourite - it's up to you. 
 
Bagel flavours will be on a rotation basis, and there will be at least 4 flavours to choose from each week!
 
Let me know in the notes when ordering if you'd like them sliced. 
Best eaten within 2 days from purchase, thereafter I recommend slicing and putting in the freezer in a zip lock bag, they can then be toasted (no need to defrost)
