100% wholemeal spelt yeasted tin loaf with a subtle sweetness from a bit of Surrey honey. I've added a bit of sunflower oil so it is softer and easier for sandwiches. There is a marginal cost difference as it is a bit more expensive than wheat flours. A substantial and flavourful bread, makes marvellous toast.
